My Physical Health Is Well

No sickness or disease dwells in my body.

I have no mental illness—I am stable emotionally.

I receive no abnormal test results after my regular scheduled medical exams.

My blood sugar and blood pressure levels are normal.

My cholesterol is normal.

My heart rate is normal.

My bones are stronger and healthier.

I drink adequate water daily. 

My skin is clear and healthy.

I have no severe pain in my body.

I can hear and feel my feet walking on the ground.

I will never be paralyzed.

My children’s emotional and physical health are well.

My family’s emotional and physical health is well.

I have no reason to complain—I am not in the hospital fighting for my life. 

By His stripes I am healed.
